Melissa Field is a versatile clinical research and training professional in Kansas City. Her background includes experience at a CRO, a clinical research site, and two prominent psychedelic life science companies. She has research expertise in MDMA, psilocybin, and DMT, and indication experience in depression, PTSD, eating disorders, oncology and healthy volunteers.

Melissa is a process architect and has developed operations and regulatory frameworks, full-scope site and sponsor Investigator-Initiated Trial (IIT) processes, clinical trial training curriculums, and several sponsor and site-specific process guides. Embodying her dedication to holistic care, Melissa is a strong advocate for psychedelic community integration, peer support, and intentional patient advocacy. To this end, she has previously volunteered as a community peer supporter and co-facilitated group esketamine therapy sessions for a psychiatry clinic.
